Glad to see your numbers 5, 6, 7, 8 & 10. I totally prefer British Steel over H.B.F.L. &, as I've said time & again before, Point Of Entry will ALWAYS be my favorite Judas Priest album. I prefer Diary Of A Madman over Blizzard Of Ozz as well as Mob Rules over Heaven & Hell, so you've got it right there.

Can't do these kind of lists, I love so many metal albums it's like choosing amongst your children.

I will post one album I think is absolutely perfect one of a handful I would give 10/10.

Machine Head - Deep Purple. That is the album that got me into heavy metal more than any other record I listened to as a teenager.

I made this list to give one example of a best album by each of the metal bands I like most. I could not choose between Sabbath albums to save my life. From the first one all the way through Sabotage they are absolutely brilliant.

Yes it is Master of the Brown & Golds, and it's one my Mom use to play all the time as well. She borrowed my copy and wore it out, I'm on my 4th vinyl record now.
