Love the Ramones but for me this isn't even close. London Calling is my favorite punk album of all time. Heck forget the punk label, it's a masterpiece in any genre.

Agreed 100%. London Calling is the only album I can think of from the punk movement that transcends punk.

Going with The Ramones. Had this been Combat Rock, I'd have gone that route, but London Calling is way too damn long of an album, especially for what it is.
