You should put those in a particular order... they will get points based on where you put them on your list. #1 getting the most points, 2 getting a bit less, #3 even less, etc etc etc.

So... yeah, order them (plz). :)

You are correct sir. If they don't end up getting rearranged then I'll end up scoring them up in the order that they're already in. :D

Phenomenally difficult this, have to think about it for a while, I guarantee every single person who votes after the closing date there will be somebody they left out, but it will be too late then. I take my hat off to you for the task of having to sort out the votes and count them up, especially if you can basically vote for any guitarist, ever!

I assume that this poll is all about personal favorites, correct? Not just who we think is "technically" the best or most proficient or whatever.

That's the way I did it. If it's about who we think is technically better, I can change my list. I chose guitarists that I thought were both great and who I liked. So I mean, I guess I did go for who I thought was a great guitarist, but it was more of who I liked.

I guess so. The guitarist doesn't have to be technically skilled to make good riffs/solos/songs.

Ok, so here's my list of my top 15 favorite guitarists. As stated, "favorites" hopefully in order, but it wasn't an easy thing to do.

1) George Lynch
2) Ace Frehley
3) Jake E Lee
4) Stevie Ray Vaughan
5) Eddie Van Halen
6) Kirk Hammett
7) Glenn Tipton
8) Randy Rhoads
9) Zakk Wylde
10) Bruce Kulick
11) Toni Iommi
12) Mathias Jabs
13) Slash
14) David Gilmour
15) Chris DeGarmo

Will maybe come back and edit the list before the end, but I needed to do it while I was thinking about it and hopefully not forgetting someone (which I'm sure I am)
