Took a listen to that Deep Purple song...pretty good. Not my style but pretty good nonetheless.

Still can't believe some others were voted out very early on like:
Alan Parsons Project - Games People Play
Boston - HollyAnn

I like both of those as well. One of my favorite APP tunes and I love Hollyann, one of my favorite powerballads of the 80's.

But, what can ya do, we all have different tastes. If we took the exact same lists and ran a strip on them say, every 2 or 3 months, the outcome would be different every time. Not just the order that songs are stripped off, but I'd bet the farm the winners would be different almost every time as well.

Well, good thing I didn't put money on it I was pretty sure Journey's "Winds Of March" was going to win. My gut feeling wasn't right but it was close
