Spirit never received the accolades they so deserved. The original line-up was progressive and experimental incorporating psych, blues rock, jazz, funk, prog, and folk.

I have their first two albums.

Great rock band well inserted into the experimental age of the Sixties. The drummer, Ed Cassidy, came from the west coast jazz circuit.

I like very much this piece from Spirit:

Randy California's 1980s albums are worth a listen I personally like Euro/American (1982) Restless (1985) Shattered Dreams (1986) & Tent Of Miracles (1990).
