As I commented on the FB premier of the video, I think the audio mix (at least on this video) is terrible.

Ailyn sounds like she's singing in a bucket, and her vocals are drowned out by the bass & keyboard.

I hope the album mix is a lot better. But that said, sounds like a great track outside of the mixing issues.

^^ Still haven't picked up the new one, but I will eventually. The first single didn't make me feel like I urgently needed this though. Not like "Seven Widows Weep" on the previous album.

New album, Dim Days Of Dolor is due out November 11.

Ailyn has departed the band and the new vocalist is an old friend of the band, Emmanuelle Zoldan. Emmanuelle has sung backing vocals since their second album An Elixir For Existence and shared lead vocals on one track from the Sirenian Shores EP.

I think they've made the right choice with Emma. She's a better singer and I find her way more attractive than Ailyn (less important, I know). The band has posted some samples from the new album on Soundcloud:

Ailyn was a good singer, who improved from album to album and who generally suited the sound of the band. She had some outstanding moments like "Seven Widows Weep". However, Emmanuelle Zoldan is a stronger vocalist.
