To be fair I forgot to add most albums I did hear were the 70s stuff so its only natural I put those higher. :heheh:
I love Clockwork, its length, the production, just everything about it.

Oh I almost forgot the other day in one of the 2 local record shops I saw a Vinyl edition of Rush's Moving Pictures concert, but I had so many other older albums on my shopping list I didn't pick it up. It might end up in the collection next trip though.:)

I have not listened to CA enough to say where it ranks for me. It's brand new. I do know it's higher than most. These guys chops have never sounded this polished. I'll say that.

CA is my first RUSH album I have fully listened to. I haven't checked out their previous album although I have listened to their odd songs here and there (Tom Sawyer, and Spirit of Radio).

Since it release, I have listened Clockwork Angels for few times now (Thanks Spotify) and I have been really really impressed with the album. I cannot compare with their previous albums but all I can say is that I LIKE WHAT I HEARD! Great album.

It is very hot on my playlist and I listen at least once almost daily. So far, my favorites are the title track, Seven Cities of Gold, Halo Effect, The Anarchist, and The Wreckers.
The whole album is amazing.

CA is my first real commitment to RUSH and it has been great. I will be visiting their vast back catalogue in future.

I have heard Clockwork Angels enough to say it's among the very best records they have done. The closing tune called "The Garden" is beautiful. Unlike anything they've ever done. Album came in at #2 on the Billboard chart.

I listened to Clockwork again yesterday. I like it even more the second time around. Has a very nice hard/heavier edge to it. I can't comment on previous albums as I have not heard all the earlier works but Clockwork is sitting high on my top albums of 2012 list.

I got my copy of Clockwork Angels two days ago, but haven't listened to it yet...and Riff isn't that a 2012 release?

:D
