Very very good, so I'll give it a 7 on your scale of judgement. One of the better produced albums for the Stones as well, so that doesn't hurt in my view.;)

Average for me LG. I listened to it yesterday and doesn't come close to Exile On Main Street. It is however better than Black And Blue IMO.

^^I am not a big fan of Exile...but I agree about "Black & Blue" if you asked me to rate that one it would get a 4 from me.

It's a 7/8...It doesn't come close to Exile or Sticky Fingers, but it's better than most people make it out to be.

Angie's a terrific song, and Dancing with Mr D is one of my favorite Stones riffs.

I gave it "Great". I like the album a lot & it contains my favorite Stones song "Star Star". I actually like 'Black & Blue'. It may be my least favorite Stones album of the 70's but I still do like it a lot

Re: Goat's Head Soup

''100 Years Ago'' and ''Silver Train'' are my favorite tracks.

Great songs. Some nice slide guitar by Mick Taylor on ''Silver Train''

''Coming Down Again'' '' Winter'', ''Doo Doo Doo Doo Doo (Heartbreaker)'' are more favorites.

Personally, I like the live version of ''Star Star'' from ''Love You Live''

Also, never cared for the opening track, "Dancing with Mr. D"

I rated it a 7: great
