This guy has a voice that's perfectly suited to sing rock and roll ballads. And the melodic guitar work also helped shape this one into a nice little torch song. 7.7/10

The raw power of early hard rock! The vocals are a bit reminiscent of Steve Marriott. And that bass riff is just legendary! 10/10.

Always liked the Beach Boys ...a later hit for them....btw there is no Kokomo island and I only found that out after the song came out. 8/10

Well I cannot resist this song, I have a live album of Deep Purple on the road where Ritchie Blackmore puts in a terrific solo in Anya laden with heavy eastern undertones; very dramatic with tension...10/10
