For any of you who are audiophiles, a quick word on sound quality. Some of those original releases sound pretty muddy, and if you have a nice stereo and a good ear, I highly recommend picking up the Steve Hoffman mastered version of A Night at the Opera on the DCC label. Either vinyl or CD, both are really a big improvement. Short of that, even the Hollywood remasters are a nice improvement over the original CDs. I haven't gotten around to comparing the Hollywood CDs to the original vinyl releases..... but if anyone requests I will.
