As a kid, my walls were covered with band and sports team photos/posters, as I grew a bit older it was all sports teams, but I haven't had any posters on my walls since I was about 18.

On walls in my room I have 2 textile posters(or flags if you prefer) of my favourite bands. One is Ramones crest and second is Misfits ghoul. I like those motives because they are classics. Besides that I also have some posters of computer games. I used to buy gaming magazine back in the day and I was putting posters on walls.

I have NEVER been into posters........but my shed walls are covered in beer/alcohol signs. I collect them. I have a Budweiser sign that is gold plated....I have that one framed. I have a life size Elvira, when she was promoting Coors beer back in the 90's.

I do think posters are a young person's thing. The closest I would get to it is a calendar. Last year it was The Beatles, and this year a 'Classic Rock' one with different artists for each month, such as Bowie, Hendrix, Muddy Waters. My wife prefers an 'Elvis' version.

I have lots of posters. When I was (much) younger it was rock bands and women. Not much has changed. The only difference is now they're collectable and framed instead of just being stuck to the wall with scotch tape. I have three Beatles posters, one is a giant "Yellow Submarine Songtrack" promo, another is an "It was twenty years ago today" album promo and the third is a movie poster for the 1982 theatrical reissue of "A Hard Day's Night". These are in various rooms in the house. In my man cave I've got vintage celebrity cheesecake posters which include Jane Fonda, Linda Ronstadt, Samantha Fox, Loni Anderson, Lynda Carter, Angie Dickinson and Jennifer Aniston. My favorite is Adrienne Barbeau because I met her and got it personally autographed. I also have an old head shop poster of the John and Yoko "Two Virgins" cover circa 1969.
