Of course Sadus and Dark Angel were gonna make an appearance here Numb ..two of my favs.
Also the MIGHTY ...and I do mean MIGHTY ..Coroner will be here soon. Easily a top 5 Thrash band for me. I guess I'll do parts of Europe next..was thinking east coast or the rest of the states ..Texas, Arizona etc.. but Europe works.
They are mighty indeed. The Rush of thrash metal. Sacred Reich, Flotsam and Jetsam both thrash titans IMO esp Sacred Reich with all their albums. Its insane how many thrash bands there are when you actually look back at the genre.

Coroner, a Swiss technical thrash metal band from Zurich, who unfortunately garnered relatively little attention outside of Europe. They combined elements of thrash, progressive rock, jazz, and industrial metal with suitably thrash worthy gruff vocals. Their increasingly complex style of progressive rock-infused thrash, had them often labeled as "the Rush of thrash metal" by music critics.
Coroner's sound was at first a bit raw, though still very interesting, thrash metal, but it soon progressed and the production became more refined, resulting in the more progressive/ technical No More Color, Mental Vortex and Grin albums.
The Swiss thrash trio Coroner were originally roadcrew for Celtic Frost. They eventually formed their own group, recording their demo Death Cult in 1986 with Tom G. Warrior of Celtic Frost on vocals, Tom also wrote one of the songs ("Spiral Dream") that appeared on their debut album R.I.P.
R.I.P., released in 1987, featured bass player Ron Royce (Ron Broder) on vocals and he assumed the role for the rest of the group's existence.
The band parted in '93 after Grin due to a lack of media exposure outside of Europe.
In March 2005, talks of a reunion were in the works, but later retracted. The main reason was that neither Marquis Marky(drums), Ron Royce ( bass, vocals ), nor TommyT. Baron ( guitar) had the time it would require to do it properly. They have been quoted as stating they do not like to, "reheat things, except spaghetti sauce."
They have banded together to do limited live engagements in Europe, since 2010.
Hailed as masters by both critics and the underground metal scene a like, Coroner are
by far one of my all time favorite Thrash Metal/ Metal bands. In my opinion one the most musically interesting and impressive bands to ever emerge from the thrash metal and or the music scene in general ....
