I agree, that is kind of strange looking (to me). I don't think I've ever seen the bridge (and beyond) that look quite like that.

Hi folks, the tailpiece is Epiphones "Frequensator", I use it as a tremelo by pushing the string (fast) with my middle finger nice effect, and sometimes break it when I get carried away.

I like it. There seemed to be possibilities with that set up not found with typical tailpieces.
