I've never been so happy to see a thread in my life! Meh! Long story!

Anyway, I love me some Motley Crue and even the solo stuff and side projects from all the members! After reading The Heroin Diaries I can't believe none of these guys are dead yet! Anyway, my favorite Crue song is this classic!

    Home Sweet Home

I used to be a much bigger fan of The Crue than I am today. Don't get my wrong I still like them a lot, but someone I know sort of sullied them for me which is a shame really...

My favorite would have to be

and like Sooty I also like "Home Sweet Home" but I actually think the '91 version that was on "Decade of Decadence" is actually much better than the original...

And i'm the opposite. Whenever I hear the remade version of HSH, I say out loud "GAH!"

Love the original, not so much the 2nd version. Still a good song, but to me, it was a song that didn't need "fixing".

    Nice thread MP...(As Usual.:D)

Not a big fan of theirs, but if you Crue fans have a "Best CD" rec other than a greatest hits compilation maybe I'll give them another listen.

I love most everything they ever did, but if want a non-best of, best of CD, then I holeheartedly suggest this:
