Tornado is fantastic. Marty's solo on it is the definition of metal but I favour Hangar 18 because the exchange of solos between him and Mustaine is what metal is about. That is a unique thing this album produced really.

im gonna be completely honest
i didn't think too much about what song is the better example for a perfect metal song, i just picked tornado because i like intro, vocals and solo a bit better overall :grinthumb

I also like dawnpatrol very much(especially vocal-wise), but you can't really compare it direcly to hangar and tornado since its a much slower, more bass heavy song (obviously )

and dont get me started on topics ^^

As far as a Megadeth album goes it probably was never going to go over well as a disco sounding album. But on its own merits I like the album a lot too.
