Ipod Classic and a $5 pair of headphones. Work has been bad lately and I really needed to escape. Sound had clarity like never before. Maybe I just hit the zone and focused differently because the music was the same. The aches and pain faded to the background. I don't have the words tonight to explain further. But it was magical during those moments.

Sounds like The Shadow could've used a little healing today -- John Lee Hooker style. :****:

I thought it was just the moment, but I think these headphones have broken in and just sound that good.

So could you tell if Carlos' guitar was tuned to "concert pitch" or not? :D

I never thought headphones could make difference, but yeah. I've still got regular iPod phones I've got with iPod, and listening on stereo is just amazing.

I finally got new speaker installed in my S-10 pickup.
JVC's up on the dash, and larger MB Quart's on the door panels.
I've had them for nearly a year but finally got the time
and space after my dog's passing.

They haven't fully broken in yet. They are a bit shrill at the moment.
