Kate Bush is the far superior musician. @Cadleson, you need to hear her early stuff - especially Lionheart and Hounds of Love. For a really good overview of her music there's The Whole Story. If you don't like her on the first listen try again and you will be rewarded when you finally get what she's doing. If it's about looks, then Pat probably wins
