Finally found a copy of an extremely hard to find album, "Sanctuary". The follow up to Monkey Island and for some reason the critics liked Sanctuary way more, it's the opposite for me Monkey Island is my all time favorite Geils album, I bought the CD on sight when I saw it years ago. Still I am looking forward to playing my latest acquisition and getting a feel for it, it's been so long the last time I heard it was when I borrowed my sisters vinyl copy...that is going way way back.:D

    The title song.

I don't know if they still do, but for quite some time they also played as Bluestime, and did a lot of gigs in the Boston area.

Took me a long long time but I finally have a copy of "Blow Your Face Out" .:D

Now I have to find time to play it...that is the hardest part of being in this forum, I have so much stuff backlogged and my friends keep adding More bands/albums to the pile I doubt I will ever get caught up.

One of their lesser known songs, at least by "mainstream" standards, but this has always been one of my favorites....
