Another Melodic Death Metal band that deserves a thread, this Finnish group has made 5 albums including a 2011 release. A good friend of mine on another forum recommended me this group and for good reason, they have a pretty good collection of songs, I can't wait for their new release.

Cheers, good to hear that you like their sound, the Finns have made quite a few classy acts in metal.

Picked up their 2011 album One For Sorrow, this is one I have been eager to get my hands on for ages. This band have been pretty damn consistent in quality.

New album out called Shadows of the Dying Sun.
New song The Primeval Dark. Absolutely fantastic song.

I more or less lost interest in them after "Above the Weeping World, as I felt the band stagnated after that one. I did listen to the two following albums, but they just didn't do much for me. I've read some exceptional reviews of the new one, so I guess I'll check it out!

I never say perfection loosely but in my opinion In The Halls of Awaiting is musical perfection. An absolute beast of an album to start their career as a force in metal.
