How Many Albums In Your Collection

I don't know for sure, but I'd guess that right now it stands at about 400 LPs and about 1600 CDs and SACDs. I'll do you all a favor and not post a list.

I would guess I have @ 700 CDs, a couple dozen records, and a couple hundred cassettes ( although many of those cassettes have been updated to CDs since the last time I went through them and therefore are trash)...plus probably a couple hundred songs on my computer - mostly burned from borrowed CDs and a few downloads.

There MIGHT be a box with a few dozen of my old 45s still packed away at my parents house ( if my mom didn't throw them out).

I'll have to guess, about 2,000+ CD's, about 200 vinyl albums, and 250 Cassettes.(Borrowed some friends CD's years ago and made some really good cassettes with them so they are going to last a while.) MP3's...100's, one of these days I'll have to do a thorough inventory to see for sure.

My I-tunes has me at 2,105 after I've uploaded all my c.d.s onto to it but that fluctuates a little based on a couple songs I've downloaded and how I've grouped some c.d.s together as one album.

So just how much music do we all listen to? Starting with yours truly, I have 4133 songs on my computer, and roughly 100 CD's. I'm young and saving fiercely, therefore I'm obviously low on cash to buy CD's with. I'm also relatively new to music; I've only been serious about it for 3 years.

So what about everyone else? Who gets bragging rights?

P.S: If anyone is interested in what makes up those 4133 tracks, I can screencap my computer folder and post it here.

Way too many.. Close to 5.000.... A total chore when I have to move..

Could be about 30.000.....all albums and CDs of course ....I have over 20.000 hrs of recorded music on tape too
