^^^^ Thanks, bro. My first Genesis album was Invisible Touch. I started buying their back catalogue after that. Nursery Cryme is one of my absolute faves and the first two albums with Phil on lead vocals are great. Seconds Out is a great live album too. I have'nt listened to Foxtrot in ages. Watcher Of The Skies, Get Em Out By Friday and Supper's Ready are great tracks from that album.
Here's one of my fave medleys they've done from the Three Sides Live era (sadly it had to be cut into two parts):
^^^^ Definitely! The live versions of The Carpet Crawlers, Supper's Ready, Squonk and the expanded performance of I Know What I Like with the keyboard solo from Stagnation thrown in are excellant. The Dance On A Volcano/Los Endos medley is killer.
Everytime I hear the In The Cage medley it makes me want to get behind my drum kit and start jamming but I can't cos I live in an apartment. Don't wanna piss off the neighbours. lol. I was happy that they included One For The Vine. The rest of the album is great but I wish they included Dodo/Lurker on the set.
I ike Seconds Out well enough but they released the whole of the Lamb live. Plus a live disc with the best songs they had, among them Suppers's Ready!! And all of that on this:
All of Genesis' work is fantastic in it's own right. My favourite is still Nursery Cryme but I'm starting to enjoy The Lamb a lot more nowadays, as well as Selling England By The Pound!
