I honestly don't know what I'm doing in here with this! I still don't know what to think about this! Originally I was typing names I saw on I-tunes into the youtube search engine and I tried this one. I was actually chatting with Sal on facebook at the time and sent him the link so he could share my WTF jaw dropping confusion! I can't set this video up so just watch it:
Die Antwoord-Enter The Ninja
So what we have hear is the power of ninjas, an African gutter version of Eminem, an albino cupie doll who looks so young I thought I was watching child porn and a gangsta deformed gentleman who resembles an alien. I looked up the deformity and I respect the guy for putting himself out there! He's really cool! That's the thing with this group! It's so odd that I was racking my brain trying to take this in but the more I listened to the song the more it had a charm! It was catchy and so original it had me hooked. I originally posted this in the Songs So Bad They're Good Thread and thought it fir their but then I did some research and watched vids that were even more screwed up and decided instead of filling up that thread that they could fill up their own thread with their eccentricities!
So after watching that vid do you wonder if the group was a farce, a parody or just an overall joke. Not particularly I found. This is an ensemble from South Africa that describes their varied styles and visuals as performance art. They are conceptualist (a doctrine in philosophy intermediate between nominalism and realism that says universals exist only within the mind and have no external or substantial reality)! There music is a mix of hip-hop, rave and various other styles! Here are videos that are even more weird than the one before it!
Evil Boy
(Warning: Really Really messed up and filled with Inappropriateness)
Wat Pomp
Try it out guys! Even if you don't like the music it WILL make an impact on you!
