Early Def Leppard is true rock in it's purest firm. Yet that cluster **** Kid "Rock" can't recognize this? He instead rips them? He plays rap, and country but calls himself rock? If the stage collapsed on that jack ass I'd have morning wood in the morning, in the noon and "on through the night." I say **** Kid Poser.

Joe Elliott, I love ya man......and that is what counts! It is what your fans think of you, not the flippin' press or critics or cheap glossy magazines.

I own Def Leppard's entire discography. I am a proud and loud fan :D

Extreme to the max wishing a stage collapse on someone.

I'm a huge fan too and always will be. I saw Def a couple years ago and I have to say it was one of the better concerts I've seen. I have a few of their CD's (not all) and they get a lot of play time. I do think though that in his complaint, he should have left the other artist's names out of it.

I think what hurt Def Leppard is the same thing that hurt Bon Jovi's "critical standing" (but saleswise they still do great), they got softer and safer as the 90's progressed instead of going back to their hard rock roots. Working with Tim McGraw and Taylor Swift wasn't exactly the best way to re-establish them as a great hard rock band, although if Vivian Campbell is right, the next album is going to be more High N' Dry and less Adrenalize, so that's always a good thing.

Yeah their album quality dipped when they went way way softer, just was not Def Leppard to me.

I would love to see that, I hear that was more of their older hard rock sound :)

IMO, no. Sparkle Lounge is a mixture of 70's, 80's, and 90's Def Leppard. I wont say anymore until I write the review :D
