Dedicated to my oldest friend in the world. We lost touch with each over over the past 8-10 years, but have recently started talking again. Earlier tonight, we chatted for a couple hours tonight and it once again made me realize and remember what a good person she is, and how much I really missed her being in my life. We've both said that we don't ever want to let an absence like that happen again. Makes me sad for the time we lost, but happy that even after years apart, our friendship seems to be as strong as it's ever been.

This is for my first girlfriend Jo who passed away last week at the age of 48 after a long battle with cancer. When I first met her this was her favorite song. RIP



I hadn't seen her in years and never knew she was struggling with the disease. Maybe it's time to go look up some of the old gang that I've lost touch with.
