I have no problem with Robert Plant being 6th,no problem at all.
Did all the folk who voted for Robert Plant vote for him because of his output during his time with Led Zeppelin? Or his entire carear up until and including now?

***Bob Dylan is NOT top ten, unless we'er are talking top ten most hideously, horrific, ****ing nasty, unpleasant voices ever to be recorded. He should have done the voice overs for the movie, the Excorcist.

And Paul, cure for insomnia, Rodgers at number FIVE? The guy is so effing boring. His voice has no personality (at least Dylan has personality). Add a zero after that number 5 ranking, and I'd be OK with the pick.

I'm bummed with Freddy Mercury at number one, but that's because Queen has maybe three good songs. The rest of the top 10 is soilid...But Rodgers and Dillan at 5 and 9 are criminal.

Rodgers voice boring? Maybe in his old age I can agree upon that. Not too much variety on the later Bad Co albums either but if you look back in any Free Live performances and don't change your mind then I'm not sure what "personality" in a voice is to you.

One of my favorite performances from Paul Rodgers. This is far from boring and he is just having fun singing this. 3:36 he really gets into it ;) Paul Kossoff destroys on guitar here too.

You say Queen has 3 good songs, I say they have a catalog full of them. :D

As far as Bob Dylan goes though? Well...I was considering putting this for his picture:

I think that says what I think of him being in the top 10. :heheh:

That looks like a picture I posted at another forum a couple yrs back. :D There used to be a Dylan website that you could put what you wanted on those goofy cards and I remember something just like that.

Not a single soul singer on the entire list. Even Otis Redding or Aretha Franklin couldn't scare up the necessary two or three votes to make the top 50. Wow.

Who did you vote for?

This is one thing i'm confused about, when does the voting happen? All I ever see is people giving the list for who they think is the better singer, but no voting.
