I hated to see this group break up. Scott Stapp had a fantastic voice. They dominated the charts during their 3 album music spree. All three albums are multiplatinum and I would rate them all 5/5

My Own Prison (1997)
Human Clay (1999)
Weathered (2001)
Full Circle (2009)

What I liked about their first album was the fact they wrote and had already performed the songs "One" and "What's this Life For" way before they recorded them, in local gigs in Florida. The whole production of this album cost them like 5K or something like that.

I remember watching this David Letterman show, he sure made them look foolish! This was their TV debut, too.

Full Circle is the band's reunion album, and I have to say it is pretty good. Nothing really spectacular but if you like Creed then you will like this album.

I'm not a huge Creed fan, but like a a few songs from each of the first three albums.

I love that song, too, Groovy. I also like "One" which is about helping each other and acting like we are all unified.

Boy howdy, I have to agree with you 100% Magic.

I happen to like Creed and I'm not afraid to say it. Their songs are laced with the uplifting bombast that I love to hear.

There aren't really any songs off their first three albums that I don't like, though I'm not all that familiar with their new album. From what I'd imagine the guitarist probably has upped his repertoire quite a bit after learning some tricks from Michael Angelo Batio and from his years playing with Alter Bridge. I should put their new album down on my "to do" list.

My favorite Creed song by they way is "My Sacrifice".

Cosmic, you will notice the difference in the guitarist's work when you first listen to the new album. There is definitely an influence from Alter Bridge and Batio. Of course Stapp sounds like he always has, but they have stepped up this album just a tad, it has a bit more "oomph" than the first 3 albums.
