Both are over-played. We Will Rock You became an iconic anthem but Satisfaction is one of rock's landmarks as well as a first defining moment for the Stones in the U.S.

Satisfaction, easily. But We Will Rock You was never one of my favorite Queen songs. I love the lead at the end but other than that it doesn't do that much for me.
