^^I know one thing is certain my friend, if record labels Knew the end result of the combination of CD technology, the Personal Computer and the Internet they would Never have invented or distributed CD's and stayed with vinyl. Of course now engineers have enabled you to transfer your music to digital from a turntable, but I have to laugh my stylus on my old rig is more expensive than the USB TT's they are selling. Anyway the technology is there for whoever wants to use it now and there is no way to turn back the clock or put the genie back in the bottle.
Besides most of these old records upgraded to CD by the best labels I have paid for once or twice or more over my lifetime so I feel comfortable about the whole thing.
