I'm sure this has probably been done before, buy so what let's do it again.
Who's the best replacement singer? I'm sure there's plenty more but let's go with these 7.

I'm voting Johnny for Ronnie, not that you could replace Ronnie, but its in the blood, he does sound a bit like his brother, but puts his passion into the music for the love of his brothers band!!

If you would have had Sammy for Diamond Dave, Sammy would have gotten my vote!

It was between Bruce Dickinson and Dio for me...but I went with Ronnie James...if anything..for what he brought to the band ...considering where they were at that point.

Not that Bruce didn't do the same thing for Maiden, but Sabbath were going into a slump on a personal level at that point and boy...WHAT A BOUNCE BACK thanks to Dio.

I Totally agree with the wise words of MP and Joe ! DIO rescued Sabbath.....
Dickenson really came "alive" in MAIDEN...putting his impressive work with previous band SAMSON to shame
Vince Neill is far superior to Corabi.....Halford is a metalgod hes irreplacable...and good old Brian Johnson has been successful after Bons sad death in AC/DC

Ronnie James Dio for Ozzy in Black Sabbath. I never really cared for Sabbath prior to RJD's arrival and was upset when he left after just 2 studio albums. He made Black Sabbath relevant for me.:grinthumb

I agree. Johnny Van Zant.

No one can replace Ronnie or the original Skynyrd line up. And no one is trying to, either. Just payin' tribute to the man and the band.

Long Live Lynyrd Skynyrd.

:cheers2
