Have you heard Cozy Powell (RIP) on the Live Brian May album from the mid '90's? Nice version of Since You Been Gone.

My vote for '73- Alice Cooper Billion Dollar Babies. Maybe not the best technically... but my personal favorite, and the one that really gelled the sound.

Love It To Death and Killer are fine albums but I agree that it all comes together on Billion Dollar Babies. If I once knew Steve Hunter and Dick Wagner made appearances on the album then my memory loss is winning. Wiki has a nice article... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Billion_Dollar_Babies

I put School's Out and Killer far ahead of B$B. I don't know. I find B$B a bit too polished.

I saw Brian May's band (with Cozy Powell & Neil Murray) open for Guns n Roses at the Boston Garden in 1993. Gary Cherrone came out for their last song and they did Tie Your Mother Down.
