Once again there isnt a 'best album' imho...but many great ones.
Being a prog nerd I have to list....
Close To The Edge - Yes
Foxtrot - Genesis
Thick As A Brick -Jethro Tull
also these...
Pink Moon- Nick Drake
Exile On Main Street- Stones
Cant Buy A Thrill- Steely dan

An interesting list....there are many for each year online but this one had some unusual choices that also covered prog ,soul, r &b, and jazz

1. Black Sabbath- Vol. 4
1. Deep Purple- Machine Head
3. Yes- CTTE
4. Moody Blues- Seventh Sojourn
5. Jethro Tull- Thick as a Brick

Odd that at least from my tastes, the first two of these are the greatest metal albums ever made.

Deep Purple's Machine Head WAS the best album they recorded although perversely the 1975 Come Taste The Band album without Ritchie 'the man in black' on guitar was actually a pretty good album with American guitarist Tommy Bolin recruited as a full time replacement for Ritchie although personally speaking I am not sure about the funky track 'Owed To G' but the rest of the tracks on the album are very good and the last track You Keep On Moving is 'classic 1970s rock' at it's very best.

"Come Taste The Band" it's really great and criminally underrated album. There is a whole scattering of wonderful songs: "Comin' Home", "This Time Around", "Dealer", "Love Child", "Gettin' Tighter", "Drifter", "I Need Love"... And for sure "You Keep On Moving" is a masterpiece.

You have all 50 on that Spin list (except Exile) or the ones I posted?
If you have the others you have a very eclectic collection and some good prog in there too.
