I'm rooting for Joan Jett...And I don't love them, but the Chilli Peppers and the Cure deserve to get in as well.

I guess Guns N Roses deserves a nod, too.

I hate to bring it up like this, but...I also thought for sure that Captain Beefheart's death last year would guarantee at least a nomination.

One thing I do find funny about all this - I've read about 5 different articles on this today, and the first sentence of every single one is that "(Insert artist here) gets snubbed yet again!"...And every time, it's a different band. One said KISS, one said Rush, one said Bon Jovi, one said MC5, another said Black Flag...There's a whole spectrum of disappointment.

Honestly I think they and many more bands should be in...but if that day ever came?

I would still not be impressed. Probably wouldn't watch it....except to see who shows up on the day.

After this long and after this many years of constantly being dissed? You can count me out. As much as I've love to see KISS in there, the bullshit that surrounds this facade of a "hall of fame" has forever tainted it anyway. The VH1 rock hall is more legit (to me)

The day they get inducted, there will be some alterior motive behind it, where the members of the hall had to look cool.
