Since I'm getting more and more into Joe's work, including his stuff with Beth Hart.. I may have to look into Black Country Communion next. I think that I've glanced at a couple of songs over the years, but never really gave it much thought or attention.

BTW, listening to the first Beth + Joe album right now. Bought it last week, but only half-heartedly listened to it while at work and didn't pay particularly close attention to it because of work. Popped it in a little bit ago. First four songs are great. They have a FANTASTIC cover of Bill Whithers - For My Friend. Very heartfelt and soulful, bluesy and as always a fantastic guitar track.

You really cannot go wrong with anything Joe plays on, even his slightly more obscure Rock Candy Funk Party. Black Country Communion is a fantastic band that I have no doubt you could get really into.

:woho:

It took me WAAAAY too long to get into this guy. I've known about him for years, but it wasn't until recently (past 6 months or so) that I really started listening to his stuff. And in the last few months, listening to the his cover-albums that he's done with Beth Hart (I own all 3 of those studio albums now).

The dude is amazing. Absolutely amazing. In recent weeks, hardly a day has gone by that i haven't listened to at least something from Joe.
