I know all of VDGG's stuff but not a lot of Peter Hammill's releases but give Over from 1977 a chance. It's a very good album. A very personal album after the split with his girlfriend. Further I heard good things of Nadir's Big Chance from 1975. :grinthumb

Just listening to the cd called FIRST GENERATION (Scenes from 1969-1971) which has amongst other tracks on it a number called 'THEME ONE' which i recall got a fair bit of radio airplay in the UK on BBC radio 1 back in 1971 and which i believe the band may have made an appearence performing it onto BBCs TOTP??.

Hello there. I'm wondering if anyone could please provide me a list of all the members who have played in VDGG(not necessarily full time members). I know the core lineups but would like to see a list all in one place of everyone who has been in the band. Thanks.

Thanks. I suppose I could have done this but I guess I'm lazy.

I did notice you left out two musicians:

Jeff Peach(flute on AGM) and Robert Fripp(guitar on H to he..). I know Fripp was never really a member though just like Jon Anderson was never a member of King Crimson.
