How about music about UFO's? Or about space travel, or science in general?

As far as actual UFOs, I have never seen one myself. But I have seen some very interesting YouTube videos on the subject. Especially some of the NASA footage. Are they for real? Sometimes you have to wonder.

Just got a beautiful gatefold vinyl copy of my favorite UFO album a month ago.:D

As far as Unidentified Flying Objects go...so many of the hoaxes have made it hard to take seriously. But the government does have a special branch that deals with this particular phenomenon giving it the possibility that yes in fact there are things we can't explain as weather balloons or anomalies.

I firmly believe the universe is bursting with life of all kinds, the biggest thing is the time/distance between us all. Once we make a breakthrough to make space travel to distance places feasible then we'll know.

I keep wondering if there might be civilizations out there that have been around for millions of years. They might be bouncing around from star to star like we go to the grocery store. I saw an interesting YouTube where an astronomer was studying solar flares and observed planet-sized objects diving into the sun. If I find that again, I'll post it.

^^They might even have a "non interference directive" if they are very advanced which I would understand and agree with.

Unless we crack the physics problem of FTL travel we are destined to extinction on our little blue ball.

No matter what I love staring at the stars on a clear autumn night.

Here is that video I was talking about. The whole thing is 50 minutes long, but what I'm referring to is from 4:15 to 7:32.

The subject of UFO`s is fascinating and I`d love there to be some concrete evidence that was proof to such existence.

I'm not a believer in conspiracy theories, but if there was concrete evidence that extraterrestrial spacecraft have been visiting this planet, that would change everything. I can see governments not wanting people to know the facts as that could cause panic. On the other hand, for all the governments of the world to participate in such a conspiracy would be astonishing as they can't ever cooperate on anything else.

^^It's always been about control, it would not surprise me in the least if all governments did conspire to keep this quiet or discredit every sighting/report as a hoax or a military test flight or weather balloon if we have been visited by extraterrestrials that is.;)

I saw UFO with Michael Schenker quite a few times and he always struck a good pose. He was probably quite young at the time, but I was even younger myself. Danny Peyronnel used to play one of those keyboards that looked a bit like a guitar (a keytar?). I was a Heavy Metal Kids fan too and he did some good work with them. He was from Buenos Ares and I wonder what happened to him.

UFO were an underground band at the time of Force It and Phenomenon. They had a huge potential which was never fully realised because Schenker and Mogg did not get on. Looking back there were lots of bands that made Metallica seem like pansies, but which never really made the big time.

I saw UFO in concert at Stanford University in 1978. I remember Michael Schenker bent over with his head buried in his guitar, not looking up even once. Talk about concentration. And yes, they really rocked.

After doing some research, I found that the Stanford concert that I attended in 1978 was the last time Michael Schenker played with the band until their Walk On Water album/tour in 1995. I feel very fortunate to have seen the original band play together. Well not quite the original band as there were other personnel changes, but the Mogg/Schenker/Way combination was intact.
