Imaginations From The Other Side is still one of my all time favourite albums from BG! I get pretty amped up when I spin it. I don't think this track has been posted yet!!

Enjoy!

I am finding it hard to pick a favourite behind Nightfall. A Night At The Opera was an enjoyable listen, I might give At The Edge of Time another listen, actually have not heard that one in ages.

I thought I had more but Somewhere Far Beyond and Imaginations From The Other Side
are the only ones I seem to have. Not sure if I misplaced the others or what

I'm sure I have all of BG's full length albums and although I am not a big fan of compilations I have picked up a copy of their last release. Everyone knows how I feel about the endless remasters, but in this case Hansi & Company have Remixed some old songs.

I have only played it once, I just don't have time right now to listen to any music.:wa:

I'll try to sneak this one in later tonight with a couple pops of course.:hab:

I think all their stuff MAY be right up your alley DKW! I find each title to be heavy as hell, melodic, majestic...they're easily one of my favourite metal bands.

I was a little apprehensive on this latest one and have not picked it up, so LG you'll need to tell me honestly what you think of it and if it's worth a buy.

Oh yeah, of that I have no doubt. I really like the two I still have ..just haven't listen to them in along time due to having so much music...I meant to get more, but I ordered the first two ( which I'm now missing ), and they were thrash metal. Something I wasn't expecting, and so it kind of threw me off abit. I never got around to getting anymore of their stuff. I have both the Demons and Wizards though.

I think Hansi was motivated by his friend Shaffer, when Iced Earth re-recorded their early material because he was not happy with the production quality, so we get "remixed" updated old material on this set. Which I somehow missed when it was released, I simply thought it was yet another remaster which I am tired of.

I won't have time today MP, but tomorrow I am kicking back and drinking a few beers and will play it, then let you know what I think.

I like the opening track to At The Edge of Time, Sacred Worlds.

First time I have heard this song and album in a long few months, one of the best to come out of 2010. This band never strays. :D
