Who Sings This 80s Song?

I got this mp3 clip years ago from someone else who posted this song on a forum trying to find out who it was and no one could come up with an answer. Years later, I'm still trying to solve this mystery. I've tried Googling some of the lyrics, all to no avail. Even Shazam can't place it.

Maybe someone here can take a crack at it. It has the title of "She's Leaving" but I'm not sure if this is correct or not.

Not sure if that's an 80's song or a 90's song. It sounds like it might be an uptempo/pop Christian rock song. The voice sounds a bit familiar, but I really can't place it (and likely don't know it at all anyway)
