I didn't notice anything.

Yes, I am using Firefox. And yes, I am using an Ad Block app.

Haven't really looked recently, but perhaps it's Google's way of raising more money to pay the labels for the rights to have them on the site...?

I wished we could have our own CRF channel that we could upload just the songs in MP3 format for our threads, never been a big video fan myself...but we would get in legal trouble if we tried that for sure.:(

Nolo, it's not pop ups...

it's actual 30 second commericals played before the video starts...

Maybe it's just here in the United States...

and who knows were else?...

that's why I started this thread.

Well I just double checked my AdBlockers for Safari (Safari AdBlocker and Glimmer Blocker) and Glimmer Blocker wasn't on. So hopefully that helps.

Are you trying to watch official music vids or movie clips GM? I remember reading awhile back that YT usually doesn't allow preroll ads before user-made clips.

Just a way for them to make money, much like Super Bowl commercials. They allot that time before the vid starts to advertisers. Luckily we usually have the ability to click "Skip Ad" about 5-10 seconds in. :)

I have noticed that too, would be great LG if we had our own channel, I thought about making money by loading people's portable music players but then realised it would be illegal to charge someone for giving them someone elses music lol:)
