Yeah, the dude was pretty nuts. I always used to freak out as a kid watching the video for Fire and thought the flames would trail down his body!! But I think he had some massive metal piece on his head as well..

I suppose I should have called him Arthur Brown rather than a dude plus he's still alive I believe ha ha ha...

You can definitely hear Vincent Cranes keyboards on the Arthur Brown album from 1968.

I consider Crane to be one of the best keyboardists ever... His work with Hammonds is legendary. Sadly, he had bipolar disorder, and I believe he committed suicide in '89.

I know you rate Atomic Rooster and I do too. I have all Atomic Rooster's studio albums on cds and enjoy listening to them all.

In 2018 The Crazy World of Arthur Brown album was released in a 'deluxe format' which included the vinyl album the cd album a cd with a few rare tracks and out takes from the original sessions and possibly a book?. I nearly bought it but it wasn't released on Polydor records which if it had been I would have bought it. It was released by some 'small time label' and I think the whole lot was being sold in HMV for around £50?.
