what are some EPIC rock songs??

When I think of "epic", well you named pretty much most of my epic choices, but I think of epic as a song that is the band's theme or flag ship of a tune.

I got to throw this one out. Iron Man by Black Sabbath...in fact, just about the whole Paranoid album.

Both excellent choices.


X Japan's "Art Of Life" is my benchmark for musical epics. Dream Theater also has written more than their fair share of epic songs. Other that comes to mind are "Love To Love" by UFO and "November Rain".
