I'd liked to know who put the 60's? C'mon... show yourself.
one of the reasons I took the 50's is that I've got plenty of 50's greatest hits albums since the 50's was about the song not the album. While from the mid 60's until today I've got 100's of albums in every decade that I love. I'm an album guy! I've also got a deep passion for the 00's because I was more involved in the music industry then I was at any other time, I saw more shows, was friends with bands and had felt a great bond with the music. Maybe the music isn't as good as some of the past decades but it means more to me just like the 50's might to you.The 2000s just because I like more music from the other decades than I do from the 2000s. I have albums of a few artists but that is not very much for 10 years.
I think the 50s are getting a bad rap. You had to be there. 50s R&R shook the world and the world has never been the same since then. We loved it!
I'm still really hoping that over time, the 00s will prove to have been a far greater decade than we all are aware of. I mean, at this current moment, we've all had 10, 20, 30 years to dissect each of these other decades. None of us have had that much time to explore the 00s.
I don't like any of the things that were in vogue in the 00s, but hopefully there were things going on way down below, things that will only become widely understood once great bands in the 2010s and 2020s come out and tell us where to look!

I would have no problem putting the 60's on the list (but no, it wasn't me, I haven't voted yet).I'd liked to know who put the 60's? C'mon... show yourself.
