Sorry. I have to admit some Joan Jett is a guilty pleasure but as a band I prefer Girlschool or even the Go Gos to them. And I don't like the Go Gos.

I love The Runaways, but I am glad they ended when they did. It just had to happen, also I believe it was Joan Jett that said in an interview, something along the lines of "You can't be a Runaway when you are over 18, you know? "... So true... Again great band though

I love The Runaways ! I always remember this lad brought the "cherry bomb" single to school and I was well impressed.A few years later I heard the album played in a record shop and ended up buying all the albums eventually.
The Runaways were right to split up and it has been great to see Joan Jett and Lita Ford go on to be successful .
I finally got round to purchasing the film . Hmm not bad
