I used to go to SXSW in the old days when it was affordable. Many good memories down on 6th street. This is really a bummer. They will pursue capital murder charges which down here could mean the death penalty for the suspect.

That is tragic, and a car is a lethal weapon when someone is as irresponsible as this guy is. Damned shame it's too bad he didn't crash into a light pole or barricade and die saving everyone the bother of a trial.

A third person who was hit by a car during South by Southwest early Thursday morning has died, a hospital official said Monday.
