REM is another band that I have very little time for. They have a couple of tunes I don't mind, but most I flat out don't care for. These three could possibly go into a "HATE" category:

REM - Losing My Religion
REM - Everybody Hurts
REM - It's The End of the World

Seriously, I'd rather inject acid into my eardrums than be subject to hearing any of these ever again.

May I add Shiny Happy People to this list? That one makes me wanna barf!! :heheh:

I admit I do like some of REM's songs but these two in particular I totally agree with you on. :grinthumb

Unlike some of you guys, there are no classic rock bands I really really dislike. Maybe some aren't my favourite type of music, but I can stand almost anything. REM and AC/DC have been popular in this thread, but I like the songs posted here a lot jajaja. Others like Greatful Dead, I only like 1 song ... the restI don't really care for them. I can stand them but I wouldn't prefer over almost any other band in rock.

I personally couldn't stand Zeppelin, but lately I've been liking them a lot. The only songs that I can't stand are those with some really crazy shouting or death metal and things that I find kinda weird. It's not my style. But anyone who likes it is ok, I guess.

Aww...I love that song. The string part at the beginning is gorgeous and Kate Pierson provides some great vocals on that track.

Between my left and right speakers...
Papa's Got A Brand New Bag - James Brown [radio seems to think it's the ONLY song Brother James has!]
You're Beautiful - James Blunt [dude, we heard you the first time! So whiny!]
Livin' Lovin' Maid (She's Just A Woman) - Led-Zeppelin [for whatever reason it annoys me...]
Can't Buy Me Love - The Beatles [it never caught on with me...always change the station whenever it comes on...]
Runaway - Bon Jovi [...the big hair, the gaudy stage outfits, ugh!]
The Girl Is Mine - Michael Jackson and Paul McCartney [stop! please...just stop!]
Do You Wanna Touch Me - Joan Jett [no...I don't!]
Achey Breaky Heart - Billy Ray Cyrus [...where do I even start?]
Against All Odds - Phil Collins [wussy...so wussy!]
Nothing But A Good Time - Poison [no it wasn't!]

Those Zep songs that have been posted in here already are the good ones IMO. :wtf:

John Lennon - Imagine
The Beatles - She Loves You
...and pretty much everything by them...
Black Sabbath - Changes
Led Zeppelin - Stairway To Heaven < they have better songs than STH
Nirvana - Smells Like Teen Spirit

There are more songs I can't listen to, but can't think of them right now.
