Show No Mercy is very underrated Slayer album, one of the best blackened thrash metal I've heard so far (after Venom three first albums and before Possessed's Seven Churches).

Picked up this classic yesterday, a little thrash goes a long way for me, but every once in a while Slayer is essential listening.

They have never wavered over the years, I saw them on an excellent metal documentary a couple of years ago.

This song in particular I thought was great.

What I love the most is they have shorter songs but theyre nice and fast, fast songs are meant to be shorter.

I think that's alot of the appeal (even if subliminal)...shorter tunes. GREAT TUNES but shorter...they know when to quit and don't go on and on and on....
