I ♥ the Ox
I'm surprised this was not posted sooner, unless I missed something. Last Thursday; while a good majority of us were celebrating what we were thankful for, twenty years ago from that day marked one of the saddest days in rock history. On November 24th 1991, Freddie Mercury passed away after a long battle with AIDS.
My dad is a huge Queen fan, so their music has been a big part of my life since I was born. I was ten years old when Freddie died. His death had a profound impact on me at that age and still holds a shadow over my soul to this day. So I just wanted to dedicate this thread to a true legend with the golden voice.
RIP Freddie! Though you may be physically gone from this world, your spirit lives on. Your legacy has and will never be forgotten.
I still love you.
