Yeah, but I'm looking for one at the bottom of the page....doesn't matter. It's not a big deal...I guess i'm just lazy.

There isn't one at the bottom of the page. One could be created by the admin team, but I certainly wouldn't hold my breath. You have to go into the actual default page coding to make a new navigational bar.
Also, it would probably look pretty goofy.
not sure what you mean by lazy though. The easiest thing to do if you are at the bottom of a page is hit your "HOME" button in your keyboard, this will take you to the top of the page, and voila, there's you "new posts" link.

This is exactly what I do.
There wont be a navigation bar at the bottom of the pages. This would throw off the entire look of the forum.
It is easy to hit the "home" button or the "page up" button on your keyboard to jump to the top of the screen.
Also you can use the quick links to find the "today's posts".
