Raw Power and Nevermind would be two of people's fave Rock albums.
They are both iconic landmarks in Rock music history.
They are both very influential albums.
I'm going to lean towards Raw Power mainly due to the year of its release (1973) and the music landscape of its day.
Iggy's yelping and growling and the grunge of the Guitar and Bass was only matched or even surpassed by the Drumming.
The fact that it is mixed low means that every beat and fill is felt by the listener.
It's similar to when someone talks quietly, you have to listen more intently.
Due to its release (1973) Raw Power is more of a seminal album, whereas, Nevermind has a lot of influences upon it.
Nevermind is still one of the best albums released, though there was a lot of great quality albums that came before it.
Albums like "Ma Kelly's Greasy Soon" "Dog of Two Head" "Piledriver" "Hello" "QUO" "On the Level" "Blue for You" "Whatever You Want" "Just Supposin'" "Never Too Late"
I left out 2 albums from 1977 and 1978 that only QUO fans will understand why. Even though they are good albums, they're not in the same class or quality.
There has never been a Rock Band as good as the Band that recorded these albums.
