Rate the song on the different music genre

What is it about this type of music that bothers me so much? I don't know if it's because it sounds like it has the same stupid chord progression or melody as every other song nowadays or what...all I know is that I can't stand it. Nothing personal Mistral, just being honest here. 2/10

Do not worry, Aero! There is no way I could take it personally. You just rate songs, on the ground of your own tastes... so, it is okay... Latins used to say: "De gustibus non disputandum est" = "Tastes are not to be debated"

As for the song you've posted, I think it's a good one. Very beautiful vocals and music. 7/10

Now this one I like. What I really dig about these older songs is their use of strings. It really adds so much to the song. 7.5/10

Harmless, easily digestible Europop. Supposedly, this one went to #7 in Germany back in the day although it's hard to see why with all of the great music from the 80s coming out every week, much of it better than this. 6/10

Very nice melodious song, it was a big hit in 1986. They are those guys, who was famous as "new romantics", no? All in all - excellent. 10/10.
