"Progressive" Maiden/Metallica

Iron Maiden's 'Somewhere In Time' and Metallica's '...And Justice For All' are both considered their most "progressive" work. Your fav of the two?

...And Justice For All. Somewhere In Time was somewhat of a disappointment for me. The echo production and at times a slight stench of AOR. Seventh Son of a Seventh Son which might be more "progressive" is superb. What I hear is a fusion of both Powerslave and Somewhere In Time.
